Dachau

Dachau Concentration Camp was the first camp opened by the Nazis in March of 1933.

The camp is located in the town of Dachau, just outside of Munich Germany. The camp was liberated by the Allies in April 1945. Scrip was issued in denominations of .5, 1, 2, 3, and 4 Reichsmarks. The 4 RM is extremely rare with probably only a half a dozen known.
