Sefton

Sefton was located in Douglas on the Isle of Man.

The camp was actually a hotel and a theater that were converted into living space for alien internees. The camp held only 377 internees thus a small camp. The scrip is small and resembles movie tickets. There are 3 denominations 1/2d, 1d, and 6d. Stamped on the back is Sefton Internment Camp Accounts Office. Sefton scrip is extremely rare considering the small number that used them.
