Linz-Ebelsberg

Linz-Ebelsberg actually consisted of 3 camps and was a sub-camp of Mauthausen.

Only Linz III actually issued notes. The camp operated from May 22, 1944 until liberation on May 5, 1945. The notes are unusual in that they are oriented vertically instead of the usual horizontal. There are four denominations 10, 20, 50, and 60 Reichspfennig. The backs are blank. These notes are extremely rare and seldom come on the market.
