Lionandi

Lionandi which is really Londiani was located 125 miles Northwest of Nairobi Kenya.

It was a holding camp for Italian POWs captured in Africa. The notes were produced in booklets with denominations of 25, 50 cents and 1 and 2 shillings. All known examples have the serial number 1061 which means that only one booklet is known to exist.
